●期間：最短一ヶ月（ヘルパーさんとスタッフの合意により延長可）
＊勤務開始日は、応相談。
●お仕事の種類
①モモンガビレッジゲストハウスヘルパースタッフ
②モモンガカフェでのカフェチームスタッフ
③ゴーゴーアドベンチャーでのアウトドアガイドスタッフ
＊上記の３種類よりお選びください。もちろん全ての種類を選んでもらうことも出来ます。
●待遇：
・一日３食の美味しいご飯、スタッフハウスでの宿泊、
またはモモンガビレッジでの宿泊。
・四国の清流吉野川でのラフティング体験無料。
・レンタル自転車orレンタル原付き無料（燃料費本人負担）
●勤務時間：
・7:00~23:00の間で一日６時間程度（シフトにより変わります。空いている時間は自由にお過ごしください。）
・週休1~2日程度
●給与：３食付きのフリーアコモデーション形態です。
・経験、能力次第で有給のレギュラースタッフへのシフトも可能。

・お客様の予約受付業務（電話、メール）
・お客様への館内説明
・来客対応
・BBQや食事の準備、配膳
・買い出し
・お客様の送迎
・カフェ運営、商品開発

Guest house is surrounded by beautiful green, mountains and rivers,
Located in the center of Shikoku Island.
There is a hot spring nearby as well.
In front of our guest house runs a beautiful stream and rises beautiful mountains.
Seasonal flowers and wild birds can be observed freaquently.
To those who use public transportations, such as trains, we will pick you up so please feel free to contact us about this matter.
If you are in dayoff,You can enjoy rafting in one of the cleanest streams in Japan.
The owner of our facility is a veteran conductor who has a 15 year career in the River .
We can also afford information about tree climbing and hiking tours.
Take advantage of staying in the area by enjoying the great nature to the full extent!

ゲストハウスモモンガビレッジの馬場秀司です。
おかけ様でゲストハウスモモンガビレッジも2014年をもちまして開業して8年目を迎えました（初年度ゲリラ営業期間含む）。
これも多数のお客様のご愛顧があってのことだと感謝いたします。

またここまでやってこれたのは運営を支えてくれた沢山の仲間やヘルパーの方の存在があったからこそです。
また今後も継続して良いサービスを維持するために力を貸していだだける
ヘルパースタッフさんを大募集いたします。
私的には世の中で一番面白い遊びは旅であると確信しております。
若い頃は長期の旅を繰り返していました。世界中の旅先で沢山の方々に接して沢山の方に助けていただき、お世話になりました。
長い旅を終え満足感を得ることもできたのですが日本に帰ってきたら今度はお世話する側になり｢全ての旅人をバックアップ出来る安価で快適な宿を作ろう。｣と決心したのです。
当時国内旅行はホテルや旅館などが殆どでゲストハウスの形態はあまり浸透しておりませんでした。｢国内旅行はもっと楽しく安くできるはずだ！｣｢日本を旅する人に安くしかも楽しく旅できる人が集まる場所をつくろう！｣
漠然としたこんなコンセプトからモモンガビレッジは始まりました。
コンセプトの中のキーワードとして「安価さ」というものがあります。
安価さと良いサービスを両立させたいと考えております。
そうるすると運営上かかってくる人件費を維持するのが難しくなります。
このためモモンガビレッジではヘルパーさんに対する給料が発生しな
「フリーアコモデーション形態（宿泊と３食付き）」での募集をさせていただいております。
もちろん経験を積み独自のスキルなどで当宿に貢献していただける方には
有給レギュラースタッフとしての雇用形態にシフトしていただくことも可能です。
今まで沢山のヘルパーさんが卒業されていきました。

Stuff's Voice
This is the first time I came to Japan.
When I was looking for an exchange program in HelpX, Guesthouse Momonga Village caught my attention first. Momonga Village is surrounded by mountain and river. By staying here, I was able to enjoy the natural environment and feel refreshing every day.
Baba-san is very kind and friendly. When we work together, we often shared our opinion with each other. He also brought me to snowboarding and this is my first time snowboarding too. He is also a snowboarding instructor. He was kind and patient enough to teach from the beginning. It was a great experience!!
While I was in Momonga Village, all I need to do is some clean up whenever the guests left. Other than that, it is the renovation work. Baba-san is full of plan. This time, we made a new shower room because during the summer, there are a lot of guests and we did not have enough shower room.
Working in Momonga Village gave me the opportunities to meet a lot of people from all around the world. Sometimes, I took the chance to travel with them when the place they are going is where I always wanting to go. Oh yes, Baba-san is always lenient to allow me to take one or two days off from work.
If you like being in the natural environment and meeting a lot of people, Momonga Village is your best choice for exchange program!!

We have been working here for four weeks during our six months work & travel stay in Japan. We loved working there! The work is never too hard and so diversified that it never gets boring. We helped with the maintenance and renovation of the building such as painting, cleaning up the rooms and other tasks. Welcoming and entertaining guests was also part of our job but it turned out to be less work than a pleasure and we made some really good friends. Moreover the accomodation is great (depending on the season you either sleep in the guest or the staff house) and the food is amazing! In addition, Momonga Village is a convenient place to explore the island. We had enough freetime to visit Takamatsu, Matsuyama, Oboke, some of the temples of the pilgrimmage and more on our days off. Some of the places, like the onsen in Kiri-no-mori and Oboke, are able to be reached by bike and for the other places you can take the train (to the station you either get also by bicycle or you can ask Babi to take you there).
To sum it up, we had an awesome time there. The atmosphere is very good and Babi is a excellent host. He made us feel at home and we were really sad about leaving this place. So we definitely recommend working here! If you have the opportunity to come, do not miss it!
